In the summer of 2001, the federal government enacted a law, called the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.  It requires that we notify you about how we handle your private information, such as social security numbers and driver’s license numbers.

Our Confidentiality and Security Practices:

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you, such as to issue a policy, send a premium notice, or process an insurance claim.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with all applicable laws and regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
